rave
i never took flight
until i married my raven
eagles had to roll over
and look up to see us
no clouds were to high for our perch
and no valley to low
to feel the soul of our wandering
the sound of my ravens wings
were my ravens call to me
the sounds of the winds through the trees
brought my ravens calls to me
my ravens heart was red
the hearts membrane was a white quilt
raven rent it upon our wedding bed
and filled my yearning with the nest
then gave me a quilt of white and red
our food we harvested from the land
our food we harvested from the air
our food we harvested from the sea
raven prepared it wonderfully
my raven loved shamanism our lord
the scent of the spirit raven said at times
was like the breezes in coastal spring air
i followed these breezes
i was fooled
i found my raven there
raven was prepared wonderfully
my raven kindled a living fire
as my raven fed that fire
ravens living gently consumed me
i loved my raven

i loved my friend shaman
his face i did behold
the blubber we rolled in
was the colour of gold
it was as high as the polar ice
shaman had the eyes of a friend
necklaces of ice he gave me
each ice crystal was like a truth
they melted down into my heart
shaman had the eyes of the great white spirit
through the visions he gave me
i learned how to spirit talk
through the visions he gave me
i learned how to spirit walk
i called him shaman the great white spirit
i called him shaman the great white spirit

shaman came with the truth
all over the north
all over the arctic
shaman went over the north pole itself
shaman brought warm changing to the frigid north
shaman planted the shaman truth in that land
i bless his spirit where ever i am
13. shamanism
roses could be changed to dogwood flower
or any other flower that is your favourite
indian man lived by a path on the coast
it was a windy coastal path
but the flower called roses walked with him
they did not grow by the path
through shamanism they grew within him
indian man was a good man
his strength filled the air
it traveled in the water currents of the coast
there were no flowers on that path
there was no need to be
indian man was there
stars were not in his eyes
a good man was
his look was as tall as the cedar tree
his strength was as strong as the fir tree
and the sky he looked up into
through shamanism
was not as high for him
as it was for others
he was lit by different than the light of the moon
he was filled with the spirit of the shaman
indian man was a good man
indian woman lived by a path on the coast

the ruby bearers
their canoes are made of red cedar
one tree all the way through
the indian ruby is their cargo
and is beautiful sitting in the bottom of the canoe
their paddles are made of yellow wood
and dig deep into the turmoiled waters of the coast
they pass islands
the scenery of the coast slips by
swimmers swim out to meet the canoes
as indian ruby dives into the ocean near a whirl-pool
the indian ruby is strong and swims safely past the whirl-pool
the whirl-pool is symbolical for the struggles of married life
later the small whirl-pools are used by indian ruby
to go to the ocean floor and harvest shellfish
the indian ruby lives and lives
in her spirit she will never die
with her life she does not even cry
the indian ruby is ashore
the indian ruby says i am indian ruby
the indians say yes we agree
the canoes depart
as the indian ruby is escorted to the big house
after the chieftain has opened her up
as though a loving hand had passed through her lips
and dashed her teeth with heart drinks
and the indians have cast their love wish onto her
the indian ruby is escorted out of the big house
and recieves useful tools
that need not prove their worth
she leaves with four eyes
two of her own
and those of the spirit of satan
wandering in they eyes of the indian ruby
then those very indians
who said they were as tall as the cedar tree
and as strong as the fir tree
talked to one another
and seriously make mention of the integrity of the indian ruby bearers
Satan be damned this is Indians!
15. Hinduism, The God Shiva. With some variations.
we are the shiva ministeries
we took them walking
and we walked them right into god
we disappeared into shiva that day
like the vapour mist of the morning
disappears into the sun
shiva had called two of his own out of the assembly that day
and said that they were two of his chalices made of milk glass
he had given them to the ministeries to care for.
That day shiva instructed us to bring them into his spirit
to bow down to the one
who poured out his spirit
to fill their cup with his wine
shiva had instructed these two chalices to the shiva ministeries for care
and they listened to shivas tteachings
and they obeyed shivas teachings
that day the shiva ministeries led them into god
they remained there in silent humility before shiva
the shiva ministeries read very lovingly the words of shiva
and the two milk chalices agreed
and they said we agree
then shiva anointed a chain of gold
and passed it through their hearts
to each other
then the shiva ministeries
led them out from god
and the two milk chalices disappeared as one
back into the shiva assembly
like the vapour mist of the morning
disappears into the sun
at the end of the service
the shiva ministeries led the church out from god
and sent them away to their homes
that is when the shiva man
took the shiva woman
for a walk in the garden of lotuses
and as she lay in the grasses of that place
and held him into her bossom
the shiva man took his one
who had never before been embraced
and as he entered into heaven
through her pearly gate
she took him into paradise
thus they began eternal life together
the shiva ministeries had an eye for god
and could see the ones that came shivas way
we are the Christian Ministeries
we took them walking
and we walked them right into Jesus Christ
we through worshipful praise
disappeared into The Lord that day
like the vapour mist of the mere morning of man
disappears into The Son
Jesus had called two of his own out of The Church Assembly that day
and said that they were two of his chalices made of milk glass
He had given them to us, The Ministeries to care for
that day Jesus instructed us to bring them into His Spirit
The Holy Spirit through worshipful praise
and to have them bow down to The One
who poured out His Spirit
to fill their cup with His New Wine
Jesus had instructed these two milk chalices
to go to The Born Again Christian Ministeries for care
and they listened to Jesus's teachings
and they obeyed Jesus's teachings
that day The Christian Ministeries led them into God
they remained there in silent humility before Christ
The Christian Ministeries read very lovingly the words of Christ
and the two milk chalices agreed
and they said we agree
then Jesus anointed a chain of gold
and passed it through their hearts
to and for each other
then The Christian Ministeries
led them out from God
and the two milk chalices disappeared as one
back into The Christian Assembly
like the vapour mist of the mere morning of man
disappears into The Son
at the end of The Church Service
The Christian Ministeries led The Church out from God
and sent The Church Assembly away to their homes
that is when The Christian man
took The Christian woman
for a walk in The Garden Of Spiritual Eden
and as she lay in the grasses of that place
and held him into her bosom
The Christian Man took his woman
who had never before been embraced
and as he entered into heaven
through her pearly gate
she took him into Paradise Of Spiritual To Natural Heaven
thus they began eternal life together
The Christian Ministeries had an eye for God
and could see the ones that came Jesus"s Way
